Participants will come away with a general understanding of the high-level computer forensics and electronic discovery processes as well as an up to date view on the current trends, issues, and challenges in the industry.

Robert Villanueva - Current Trends in Cybercrime: The Underground Economy of Eastern European Threat Actors

Learn about Data breaches, malware, phishing, botnets and criminal infrastructure targeting financial institutions in the United States of America which has reached an all-time high. The majority of these cybercrime fraud incidents are victimizing not only merchants, but the actual customers of the financial institution. Highly skilled hackers and professional malware writers from mostly Eastern Europe are the main perpetrators of these transnational electronic crimes.
